Lance Fullerton, an auctioneer since 1991, is the owner and broker of United Country – Great Plains Auction & Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1999 from Friends University and has been a Kansas Real Estate Agent since 1992 and a Kansas Real Estate Broker since 2003. Since graduating from Missouri Auction School and entering the auction industry in 1991, Lance has worked as a contract auctioneer for some of the largest auction firms in the Wichita area and across the state of Kansas. He has sold millions of dollars in residential, agricultural and commercial real estate at auction, as well as selling hundreds of estate, livestock, machinery and business liquidation auctions in the past 23 years. Lance is a member the National Auctioneers Association, the Kansas Auctioneers Association, and both the National and Kansas Associations of Realtors. He served on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Auctioneers from 2006-2013 and was honored to serve as the Association’s President in 2012. In addition to his service to the Kansas Auctioneers Association, Lance was privileged to be crowned the 2014 Kansas State Champion Auctioneer by the Association at their annual competition at the Kansas State Fair. Lance has been married to wife Trisha for over 28 years and has three children and two grandchildren to enjoy in his spare time. To better establish and grow their auction business, Lance and Trisha partnered with United Country Real Estate in 2014 to form United Country – Great Plains Auction & Real Estate in Emporia, Kansas. Their philosophy and approach is based upon the principles of customer service, meeting people’s needs and helping to solve their problems in converting real estate and personal assets into cash during times of need. They firmly believe in serving their clients and customers and the community they live in.
