David was raised in Rush and Bartholomew Counties in Indiana, and relocated to Monroe County in 1967 and then again in 2000. Having spent over twenty-five years in the Agricultural Business, David has acquired a vast knowledge of farmland and farm equipment, in particular livestock equipment. He graduated from Bloomington High School, attended Indiana University and graduated from Auction School in 1986 and carries a current Auction License with the State of Indiana. David has been recognized with “A Distinguished Hoosier” award for patriotism and received many letters from President Bill Clinton and President George Bush along with many Senators and U.S. Generals. He was also recognized as a “Sagamore of the Wabash” for his work with the Veterans of WWII, Korean War and the Vietnam War and Desert Storm in raising over $500,000 for the World War Two Memorial located in Washington D.C. David also lead his fellow patriots in a continual 35-day salute to our military troops. David completed his Real Estate Sales Person License in 2006. Shortly thereafter he completed courses and received the prestigious Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation through the National Auctioneer’s Association. David has been married to his wife, Sally, for over 40 years. The Lord has blessed them with three children and also three grandchildren. They attend and are very active in South Union Christian Church in Bloomington.
