United Country Coleman & Patterson will be selling three farms owned and co-owned by Mr. Herman Oltmann and Mrs. Garnett M Pampell. All three farms have operated under a sharecropper agreement with tenant farmers. Two of the farms are located in Milam County just north and northwest of Cameron, TX, and the third farm is located on CR 202 in Falls County, TX. The sellers have employed Coleman & Patterson to advertise the farms to the open market and offer them for sale at public auction.
