Directions – From the Town of Floyd VA in Floyd County VA take Highway 221 South (Floyd Highway South) for approximately 5.5 miles, left on Bethlehem Church Road (Route # 679), go just over 1 mile and property is on both sides of Bethlehem Church Road, Tract # 6 and # 7 on Sunny Ridge Road, which is on the right, and Tracts # 1- # 5 have access by Running Cedar Road. Combinations that separate a previous combination won’t be allowed.
