Directions to Property – From Stuart VA take Route 8 South (Salem Highway) towards North Carolina. Just before VA / NC state line take left on Memory Lane. Property starts approximately half mile down Memory Lane.

Each tract will have share in the maintenance according to the distance used to access that tract. For example Tract # 9 will only be responsible for portion of roads that run along property line.

Starting bid for any combination will be the sum of bids for the combination plus 5%. Bidders will need to be a high bidder on at least one tract to request combination.

EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT – Purchaser will be required to make an $5,000 Earnest Money Deposit Per Tract Bought on October 28th, 2017. The Earnest Money Deposit shall be made with certified funds or funds authorized by Seller.
