A) From the intersection of US HWY 19 and US HWY 115, travel west on HWY 19 for 2 miles, turn north onto N2380 Rd, travel on mile, turn west onto E1450 Rd, travel ½ mile, farm will be on north side of road. Be sure to look for Heard Auction signs.

Terms: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the bid price. The contract price will be equal to the bid price plus the Buyer's Premium. Property will be sold subject to owner confirmation. 10% of purchase price to be placed in escrow day of sale. Balance of purchase price to be due and payable within 45 days.
