Kurt’s involvement in the family farming operation for the past 30 years has provided a strong foundation for his work as an agent dealing with agricultural properties.
Working in the real estate business since 1996, his knowledge base has expanded to include development, commercial and recreational properties which often involves situations focusing on planning and zoning, 1031exchanges, government programs, lease options, and wetlands mitigations among others.
In 2006, Kurt’s first year with United Country Missouri Land & Home in Columbia, MO, he ranked 23rd in the nation with the franchise. Kurt is now broker/owner of United Country Missouri Land & Home. The recent office awards received under his guidance further illustrates his professional care and expertise with each project, whether it be a traditional real estate or auction listing. During his leadership, in 2009, the company was awarded the United Country Master Salesman. In 2010 & 2011, the office was ranked respectively as the #2 & #4 United Country franchise nationwide in total sales volume. And most recently, the Columbia office was named the #1 office in the nation in 2012 and the #2 office in both 2014 & 2013.
With a continuing focus on growth and customer service, Kurt and his commercial team formed an additional Columbia, MO office, United Country-Commercial in 2012. Kurt also serves as the corporate United Country Real Estate’s National Farm Director. He is also a member of the Rural Land Institute (RLI) serving as the President-Elect for the Missouri chapter.

Linda Niebur has owned and worked in large farm operations, and worked with local farmers and ranchers firsthand. She is a broker who is familiar with crop production, agricultural leases, water rights, conservation easements and mineral rights. Past experiences greatly enhance her knowledge of the land transaction processes.
Linda was born in Okeene, Oklahoma, buts calls Burlington, Colorado home. Her family moved there shortly after her birth to establish a farmstead where they continue to raise crops today. She grew up helping to maintain the ever-expanding operations of her family’s farm. Using that knowledge translated into an up-start farm operation that reached over 9,000 acres raising wheat, corn, soybeans, and sunflowers.
As an active member of the National Farmers Union, she has worked to help implement farm bills and aid in the renewable energy projects in ashington D.C. Her affiliations also include The Colorado Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and The Realtor Land Institute.

As the current Managing Broker of Mason and Morse Ranch Company, Bart oversees the daily business operations and licensing of the firm. Since 1998 he has managed the company’s real estate land sales marketing efforts helping grow the company’s reach across the western united states. He is dedicated in guiding and supporting all of the Ranch Company’s well qualified and experienced team of ranch, farm and recreational land brokers representing clients across the western United States.
He was born and raised in Nebraska where his family continues to farm corn and soybeans. He grew up helping his father operate the family farm and is no stranger to the rural lifestyle and the hard work it takes to be a successful producer. The work ethic, market knowledge and adaptability required to be a successful farmer or rancher, are the same standards he offers buyers and sellers when representing their specific interests in a real estate transaction. Bart takes time to research the area’s agriculture soils, crop productivity, water resources, potential irrigation and water concerns, and many other elements surrounding the purchase of a farm or ranch. He is also adept in marketing farm and ranch property on a national level.
Bart has spent the last 10 years helping grow Mason & Morse Ranch Company into a top farm, ranch and land sales and marketing brokerage firm. He has helped create a top level search engine Internet presence where buyers can start the land search process. Bart expanded his interest in agricultural land sales and land planning working for the University of Nebraska’s Economics Department. While completing his B.S. in Agricultural Business, with an emphasis in economics, he helped research and publish the “Nebraska Land Values Report”, a comprehensive guide to land values and leases throughout the state of Nebraska. He also received a research grant for his report on land improvements, soil erosion & tenant landlord relationships. Bart is the President – Elect of the Colorado RLI Chapter and is an Accredited Land Consultant”ALC” through the Realtors Land Institute. He has completed a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Construction Management (RECM) from the University of Denver.
His experience as a land consultant, education in real estate finance, land planning and construction systems are essential to a buyer when looking for current land with long term urban or agricultural development potential. Darrell R. Dahl

Graduated University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a degree in Agribusiness in 1990. Attended Missouri Auction School in 1993 and Established Dahl Real Estate in 1995.
Joined United Country in April of 2007.
Illinois Licensed Auctioneer, Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Illinois Managing Real Estate Broker since 1995.
In the past 20 years Darrell has personally handled transactions involving thousands of acres at public auction and traditional brokerage of Illinois farmland as well as recreational land for families, corporations, and partnerships.
Darrell grew up on a family farm and is currently active in agriculture with family farm operation involving cash grain and livestock production.
Astrid Inga Schweigert

Astrid Inga Schweigert is a Nevada licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor who has been servicing the Interstate 80 corridor out of Winnemucca NV since 2005. She has many years of experience farming, ranching, and living the rural Nevada lifestyle and brings that knowledge to assist buyers and sellers with all their country property needs.
As a United Country Farm and Ranch Specialist, she has experience with water rights, AUMs and is familiar with the ins and outs of rural and large acreage transactions. Astrid and her husband Bob Schweigert live on their farm in Paradise Valley with their cattle, equines, dogs and cats. They enjoy packing into the mountain ranges of Northern Nevada with their mules and horses.
