There’s a set of corrals for ranchers gathering their herds just above the reservoir. This property is just east of those corrals. It’s best to view the property from the road that winds to the east above the property, where you can see the mesas and vistas of Marcellina Mountain, Ragged Mountain, Ragged Peak, and more. Carbondale is about an hour to the north; Paonia and Hotchkiss are about half an hour to the southwest.
