1.5 hours from Wichita, Kansas·
4.5 hours from Linn, MissouriAllen County Kansas properties are by far one of my favorite
places to walk when a client calls and says they are wanting to sell their
property. This place is even more fun than normal because of the
diversification. These 80 m/l acres have a layout that is beautiful to say the
least and it is turnkey to start hunting today and make a little money while
doing it. Over half of the property is covered in heavy timber & brush and
has loads of deer sign all throughout the property. It is the kind of place
that has the perfect mix of bedding that is surrounded by food. While looking
at the pictures, you can see why loads of wildlife would be attracted to this
property. In addition to the food and cover, there are multiple watering holes
leaving no reason for critters to leave this spot. With this being as secluded
a property as you could find, this will surely be the honey hole everyone tries
to find. This place is cooler than a polar bears toenails!

Booner Alert!
How is it possible to harvest a 225 inch & a 191 inch
Boone and Crocket whitetail deer in 2 weeks on the same 71 acres? Just look at
the trail and harvest pictures and you will see.
Bourbon County, Kansas is one of the coolest counties you
will find in the state of Kansas. It offers a wide variety of terrain and
contour change as well as a slew of places with tillable, grass and timber
diversity. This place is right in line with that and is something that is big
enough to do even more with something that is already special. These 71 m/l
acres have a layout that is extremely thick and acts as a very nice home for
GIANT Kansas whitetails, and it has a ton of potential to be improved even
more. This property is covered in timber, thick brush, grass, food and water making
it hard for wildlife to leave. While looking at the pictures, you can see why
loads of wildlife would be attracted to this property
I’m honestly not sure how to top harvesting a 225 inch and a
191 inch gross Boone and Crockett deer off the same 71 acres within 2 weeks of
one another, but I know personally I would prefer to hunt on a property that
did have that genetic potential running around on it.
