The landscape of this property is truly magnificent including a natural waterfall right in the center of it. All the structures are connected by lighted cement walkways and pass through a beautiful tropical garden.

At the entrance you will find a 2-story rancho with an extended deck built for guests to relax and sunbathe or dive into the beautiful sea. From the rancho, a long dock will lead you to two additional ranchos that are used as a boat house and a storage area for kayaks and cayucos. One of the most special perks of this property is a marine bioluminescence that glows in the water at night during some times of the year. 

All structures of this eco-lodge are built with high quality materials (almendro, nispero, treated pine) and longevity in mind. New synthetic thatch roofs with a 15-year guarantee have been recently installed on all the cabins.

THE BUILDINGS:

The lodge consists of 5 rental cabins, 3 houses, restaurant, bar, and gift shop. The rental cabins are spread out through the property for maximum privacy and can all accommodate up to 21 guests. Every cabin is very unique in design.

PELICAN, ARBOL, COLIBRI – each cabin accommodates 2 guests (1 king sized bed)

RANA VERDE – 2-story cabin that accommodates up to 5 guests and includes a private deck (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin)

MARIPOSA – cabin that can accommodate a family of 4 with 1 queen sized bed and a bunk bed

CASA CAYUCO – can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 separate bedrooms and en-suite bathroom each (1 king sized bed, 1 queen with 2 mezzanine beds, kitchen and living room space) – this house could be used as the owner’s house

The property comes with a full RESTAURANT and BAR with a warm contemporary design. The restaurant and bar are located on an open deck area that overlooks the colorful jungle garden. Large fully equipped kitchen is not short of anything to start preparing meals for the guests. It comes with 2 stoves, a highly efficient dishwasher, 4 refrigerators, deep fryers, and wine & liquor storage room. After a meal, guests can take only few steps down to a very inviting infinity pool deck. This property is so unique, it has a gift shop for the guests offering some great local souvenirs.

THE OWNERS’ QUARTERS next to the restaurant come with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a separate living room that could be converted into another bedroom. The space on the bottom floor is utilized for the GIFT SHOP, to house the solar system and rain catchment tanks, as well as laundry room and linen room.

WORKERS’ HOUSE was built with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and kitchen to accommodate the full-time employees.

This off-grid property has a top-notch SOL-ARK solar system set up using Evaul lithium battery. The owner also recently upgraded to a 13,000 watt HIMOINSA generator that is soundproof and will automatically start when the battery is at a low level. Back up Yamaha generator is also included in the sale. 

Another unique feature of this property is a natural insect repellent system.

The property comes with plenty of water storage (9 x 10,000 liter water tanks).
