These two titled lots are located on the east side of Isla Carenero. They are protected by a coral reef, with year-round boat access and only a short five minute boat ride away from the main town of Bocas del Toro. These lush tropical jungle lots are each 3173 m2 (.78 acres) and have about 92 ft of beachfront each. Old Mans is a left-hand point break that will produce a perfect mini-point break during big swells.  Just a bit to the north is Carenero Point which is said to be the wave that put Bocas del Toro on the world surfing map. On the best days, the wave can break from the top all the way to the inside, delivering long rides with multiple barrel sections and open walls.

Panama and the islands of Bocas are outside the hurricane zone. This means living on a tropical Caribbean Island with jungle and reefs, without the yearly worry of hurricanes.
