Topography

The overall topography of all tracts combined is gently sloping with an estimated 30 feet of elevation change. The elevation is highest towards the south and southwest sloping downward to the north and northeast. Lowest point being to the east.

Amarillo fine sandy loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes – 22.66%. Zita fine sandy loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes – 12.17%. Portales loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes – 4.22%. Randall clay, 0 to 1 percent slopes, occasionally ponded – 3.41%. Amarillo fine sandy loam, 0 to 1 percent slopes – 2.87%
