Everything a cutter, roper, snaffle bit rider, reiner, or trainer in any other equine discipline could ever imagine in a large-scale equine facility.\u00a0 If you love horses, then you will have an appreciation for a facility that was purposely built with a plan.\u00a0 As you turn down the private drive just north of Farwell Texas\u00a0into this world class facility you will immediately notice the large heated 110\u2019 X 275\u2019 Indoor arena with side and end roll up doors, only to then be taken back by the large, well-lit outdoor arena with a huge, covered grandstand that will seat in the neighborhood of 1000 people. \u00a0This arena also has a double decker press box\/office that overlooks the primary cutting area of the arena.\u00a0 Both the outdoor and indoor arenas are currently split in half to accommodate cutting horse use but could be modified as needed and large enough for many other equine or rough stock activities.\u00a0 As you approach the grandstands you will notice a large concession stand that would be perfect for big events and crowds. Just West of the arena there are three unbelievable pre-work areas that are also equipped with an elevated press box and outdoor lighting. All the work areas for training and performance are built with top rail to ground solid steel fencing with pipe frame. \u00a0The ground in all the working areas has been well maintained and is \u201cgood ground\u201d.\u00a0 All the work areas, and arenas are connected by an elaborate set of pipe cattle holding pens that funnel cattle from the west side of the property\u2019s cattle feeding area.\u00a0 The layout of this system is extremely proficient and logical.\u00a0 In the working arena areas, there are holdback pens for two additional sets of cattle once they are settled.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

One of the biggest draws to this region and particular site location accommodation and access to cattle. \u00a0The sellers of this facility will be on going neighbors on adjacent land and manage a commercial cattle feeding operation nearby which includes a feed yard and a few thousand acres of farmland where they run cattle on wheat and forage. \u00a0\u00a0The cattle feeding operation is connected by pipe alley to additional feeding pens they are retaining just west of the west property boundary. \u00a0Just across the road to the east is the Equine Facility\u2019s Cattle feeding pens.\u00a0 It is extremely easy for cattle to be moved on and off this premises without ever having to be loaded on hauled by truck.\u00a0 The sellers are very interested in an arrangement to supply and care for the cattle.\u00a0This will be one of the best setups in the cutting horse industry for someone wanting to have access to a constant supply of fresh cattle. Equine Boarding Facilities Close to Amarillo Texas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Located 90 miles SW of Amarillo, Texas, the Equine boarding areas\u00a0consists of two identical 40\u2019 X 145\u2019 stall barns.\u00a0 Each of these are equipped with 24 permanent stalls.\u00a0 In the Southwest part of the property is a large 240\u2019 X 60\u2019 barn the current sellers refer to as the \u201cMare Barn\u201d where they have recently put 66 new stalls. There are also 34 new stalls in the\u00a0training Barn located between the Indoor and Outdoor Arenas.\u00a0Each of these barns are wood framed, metal clad structures with rollup doors bringing it\u00a0to a grand total of 148 stalls throughout the property.\u00a0Between the two stall barns is located one of the two functioning horse walker\/exercise areas and the other one is located just east of the outdoor arena.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
