Location: This property is located on the northern edge of the Ouachita National Forest in the foothills of the Winding Stair Mountain Range. Access to Property: The property is accessed by turning South off a paved County Maintained Road (LeFlore Road) onto a private gravel driveway for roughly 1100 feet. There is a legal easement off the county road to the property. The access road provides all weather access to the property.
Land: The are 88.51 acres (m/l) of land according to the County Assessor’s records. The property offers a variation of terrain ranging from flat and level bottom land pasture to gently sloping hills with level elevated ridgetop settings. Approximately 25% of the land is in cleared pasture that has been used to run a few head of cattle. This pasture land has a well-established stand of early cool season legumes with a mix of rye and fescue as well as late summer Bermuda grass.
