This 7,000 sq. ft. building is located in the small town of Blythedale, Missouri. It's also in the heart of deer country. The building already has a kitchen and several bathrooms so it could easily become a hunting lodge. The main lobby would be a great room for entertaining. There are offices that have already been converted into bedrooms with bunkbeds. The 12×12 kitchen area and 12×22 dining area are combined into one large room. There's a total of 17 different rooms from sizes as small as 8×8 for utility room up to 30×22 and everything in between. It has three different vaults, one with a bullet safe inside of it. Although the ceiling has been lowered in most of the building, in the original part of the building it appears that there is a metal ceiling that would look awesome if brought back to its original state.

With so much hunting land being leased and purchased in NW Missouri, and this property being not far from the Iowa state line and close to I-35, this would make an excellent hunting lodge/retreat. The possibilities are endless as to how many people could be housed and entertained in this 7,000 sq. ft. building. It would make an excellent full time home as well. This brick beauty has been added onto a couple of times, but it still hasn't lost its historical character. As everyone knows, things aren't staying on the market very long.
