Access: The property is accessed by turning off a paved county maintained road onto a gravel driveway.
Cabin: There is a well built and well maintained cabin on the property with roughly 572 square feet of heated and cooled living area according to the LeFlore County Assessor’s Records. The main cabin sits on a concrete slab foundation with exterior walls constructed of concrete blocks making it very energy efficient and low maintenance. The cabin roof is covered with composite shingles that were installed 7 years ago. The cabin is 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living room, kitchen, sunroom and deck area. The back part of the cabin has a pier and beam foundation with storage space underneath. Approximate room dimensions are given below.
Living Room: (9 feet x 10 feet)- This room has carpeted floors, a window, ceiling fan light fixture and an exit to the sunroom/2nd bedroom.
Kitchen: (12 feet x 6 feet)- The kitchen has concrete floors, an exit to the front of the property, sink, shelfs, cabinets, window over the sink, a microwave and a ceiling fan light fixture. The kitchen opens to the front room and has space for a dining table.
Master Bedroom: (8 feet x 8 feet)- The Master bedroom has a window, carpet flooring and a light fixture and a shelf. There is also a 3 feet x 2 feet closet with a shelf and carpet flooring.
