FARM 5: is 160 +/- acres in Woods County, Oklahoma.  This farm is entirely in cropland complimented by Class 1 Soil with highly productive capabilities for grain and forage production.  No existing crops planted.  Cropland is currently fallow awaiting new owner. 

Soil Types: Pond Creek Silt Loam, Grant Silt Loam.

FSA Info: According to the Woods County, OK FSA Office, there are 158.81 cropland acres, with 157.1 acre wheat base and 37 bushel yield.
