Access:  This property is accessed by turning off a paved county maintained road (Rolling Hills Road) onto a county maintained dirt road.  Travel East approximately 1100 feet down the county maintained dirt road and then turn right onto a private drive that leads to the property

Land:  There are approximately 20 acres (more or less) of level to gently sloping land.  The mature timber was recently harvested off the property leaving a stand of young native timber.  The land could be cleared and turned into pasture for livestock or left in young timber.  There is partial fencing around some of the property perimeter.  There is an elevated knoll on the North side of the property where a new country home or weekend cabin could be constructed.  Rural Water and Rural Electric services are approximately 300 feet North of the building site.  The building site offers a beautiful view of the mountain range to the Southwest.
