Services:  Off-Grid Property:   Propane gas can be purchased and delivered from the nearby towns and surface water can typically be found within 250 feet of surface.  This area of Oklahoma gets about 48 to 50 inches of rainfall per year so a water catchment system is very practical.  The cabin site has partial south facing exposure to sunlight for a solar powered system.

Property Access:  A dirt US Forest Service Road (USFS Road # 6067 – AKA Blue Cut Road) runs along the North side of the property to provide easy all weather access.   There is a gate on the North property boundary to restrict access onto the property.
