The Back 40 Tract is in the east central part of Hot Spring County, Arkansas
approximately four miles south of Malvern and about 6 miles north of
Donaldson. Access to the property is
poor from woods roads. This tract was planted with loblolly pine in 2020. The
remaining acreage had abundant trees along a small creek on the tract and a
large ROW. The Back 40 Tract has sandy loam soil. This tract is a great timberland
