Off-Grid Cabin: There is a primitive off-grid hunting
cabin located near the highest elevation point on the property. The elevated vantage point provides scenic views
of several mountain ranges.

land that will convey to the new owners. The property has a nice East/West
ridge running through the property with moderately sloping terrain to the North
and South. The mountain views from the
ridgetop setting are breathtaking. The land is almost completely covered with a
young stand of hardwood timber that is native to southeastern Oklahoma. There are fire lanes constructed around the
property perimeter and the current landowner has been conducting controlled burns
on the property with 2 years between burn cycles. These controlled burns have reduced the
presence of eastern red cedars and have greatly improved the habitat for
whitetail deer and eastern wild turkeys.

There is a good network of ATV trails throughout the property which
provides access to several food plot areas and hunting stands and helps with
retrieval of harvested game.
