Rain Water Catchment System: There is a rain water catchment system that
supplies water to the home. The system consists of a gutter that collects rain
water from part of the homes roof and stores it in an above grade 2500 gallon
storage tank. The system is complete
with an electric booster pump and a single state particulate filter. The
current design collects roughly 365 gallons of rain water per 1” of
rainfall. NOTE: It is relatively easy to
expand the current system if the new owner wants to collect more water.
