Tract 8 consists of 40 taxed acres m/l and is made up of
21.46 acres of CRP paying $145.48/acre or $3,122 annually. The CRP contract
runs from December 1, 2022 to September 30, 2032. Additionally, they have been
haying approximately 3.5 acres around the SE pond.

Tract 1 also includes several very nice ponds. The FSA map
shows the North pond is nearly 3 acres and the pond on the SE side of the farm
is just shy of 2 acres. Harrison County PWSD #2 has a water line running along
the E. 345^th St. and E. 312^th Ave. This could make for a
