Access to Property:  The property is accessed by turning South off a paved County Maintained Road (LeFlore Road) onto a private gravel driveway for roughly 0.7 miles.  There is a legal easement off the county road to the property.  The access road provides all weather access to the property.

Land:  The are roughly 6.3 acres of land that are included in the list price; however, there is additional adjoining land that can be purchased if the Buyer would like more land.  The 6.3 acres of land is mostly covered with mature timber that is covered with a mature stand of timber that is native to south eastern Oklahoma including a diverse variety of oak trees, redbud, hickory and eastern red cedar as well as a nice scattering of native shortleaf pine.  There is a cleared driveway onto the property that leads to the highest elevation point on the property which would be a good location to construct a weekend getaway cabin or home.
