that goes for roughly ½ mile through the property to the perfect building site
overlooking the river.

of level to gently sloping land that is covered with a beautiful stand of
mature timber that is native to southeast Oklahoma including a diverse variety
of mast producing oak trees, hickory, sweetgum and saw log size native
shortleaf pine. The property offers county road frontage on the East property
boundary and 660 ft of frontage to the beautiful Blackfork River on the West
