is located in a very remote and scenic valley setting in Southeastern Oklahoma.  The property is located on the top of Walker
Mountain in the middle of the 1.8 million acre Ouachita National Forest, which
provides hunting opportunities for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, black
bear, wild hog and numerous other small game species as well as access to an
impressive network of ATV, hiking and horseback riding trails that are operated
and maintained by the US Forest Service. 
Additionally, the Blackfork River is about 1 mile South of the property
which provides recreational opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking,
boating and water fowl hunting.  Also,
Broken Bow Lake, Cedar Lake, Wister Lake State Park and Post Mountain Lake are
only a short drive away from the property. 
The property is about a 1 hour drive from Fort Smith, Arkansas and about

Services:  This is Off-Grid Property:   Propane gas can be delivered from the nearby
towns. Ground water can typically be found 100 to 250 feet deep. This area of
Oklahoma gets about 48 to 50 inches of rainfall per year so a water catchment
system is very practical.  The cabin site
has south facing exposure to sunlight for a solar powered system.

A well maintained dirt US Forest Service Road (Freeman Hole Road) runs
along the South side of the property to provide easy all weather and legal access.
