LOCATION: From Franklin go approximately 8 miles east on highway 136, then north approximately 7.5 miles on County Road 40 to the intersection with County Road O. The farm is in the southeast quadrant of the intersection. The farm is approximately 13 miles southeast of Upland. Franklin is 49 miles south of Kearney, NE.

THE PROPERTY: This property should be very desirable for an investor that desires a return on investment and wants to enjoy the recreational benefits. The farm is highly productive with the high-quality farmland being all bottom land along the Middle Branch Thompson Creek. The seasonal creek is timbered and provides excellent habitat for deer, quail, and turkey. The fields are bordered by tall grass and brush which is preferred habitat for pheasants and quail.
