This is a recreational area offering great hunting and hiking.  You will find several large lakes within an easy drive.  Bottle Lake and Sysladobsis Lake, in the town of Lakeville Maine, both have boat launches and are about 20 minutes south of this property.  From Bottle Lake, you can access Junior Lake, Scraggly Lake and West Grand Lake.  Fishing for salmon and trout as well as bass are excellent.  Located about 30 minutes north is Grand Lake which is an amazing cold-water fishery.

Major shopping and services are located in Lincoln Maine about 35 minutes southwest of this parcel.  Boston is just under a five-hour drive.  Bangor International Airport (BGR) is about 1 ½ hours south.
