The Caldwell Parish Tract (#03019-03903) is a +/- 861.6-acre (per GIS Estimate) tract of timberland located in Caldwell Parish about nine miles northwest of Columbia, LA (North 32.15718°, West 92.22401°). About 195 acres mainly in the upland areas were harvested in 2022 and have not been replanted; another 56 acres were also harvested in the bottomland area. The vast majority of the property features an assortment of timber types ranging from hardwood bottoms of various ages, cypress/tupelo wetland habitat and some pine dominant stands. Castor Creek and Bills Creek, both perennial stream, flow through the property in a southerly direction. Access is available with multiple woodsroads through adjacent landowners.
