The property has a solar submersible livestock well that was drilled and cased in 2002 with underground pipeline  to a hydrant at dam/pond  to provide year around fresh water.  In 2003, an extensive tree and shrub planting plan was completed to  include Cedar, Black Walnut, Burr Oak, Honeysuckle, Crab Apple, Buffalo Berry and Plum that provides great habitat.  Also included is a small, metal shed with outside pens that is set up to raise pheasants and quail to supplement the native population of game birds.    The elevated 2-man deer stand is set up in perfect spot by the pond and stays with the property.   The property has ample areas to develop food plots for wildlife.

THE AREA:
