base. The access road to the property has been surveyed and legally described

is a set of gates at the entrance to the property and a private driveway that
is roughly 350 feet that leads to the cabin.

cabin on the property with a 24 ft x 30 ft main living area, a 6 ft x 30 ft
covered front porch and a 10 ft x 30 ft carport area. The cabin sits on a cleared and levelled pad,
has a post and beam foundation, metal roofing and a 9 ft stud wall. The cabin
is currently a shell and not finished out on the inside. There are two 6 ft x 7 ft windows and one
walk through door. The new owners can
frame up interior walls, frame in more windows and even another exterior door

stand of timber that is native to south-eastern Oklahoma. The land has gently sloping with the cabin
