The Dallas RD 214 Tract (#03019–03941) is a ±40-acre tract of timberland located in Dallas County about eleven miles east of Sparkman, AR and fifteen miles northwest of Fordyce, AR near the Jacinto community (North 33.907966°, West 92.654660°).  The southern portion was cut approximately 30 years ago and now contains merchantable pine and hardwood while the northern portion contains more mature pine and hardwood.  Access to the northwestern side of the property is excellent with frontage to the eastern side of Dallas Road 214.  Some utilities can be found along this gravel county road to allow for camp or home site potential within the Fordyce School District.  The rolling hills and sandy loam soils make for a property that is very well drained.  According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property consists of an assortment of sandy loam soils which give the tract a weighted average site index of 81.5 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
