The Dallas RD 212 Tract (#0301903942) is a +/- 40-acre (per tax record) tract of timberland located in Dallas County about ten miles southeast of Sparkman, AR and fifteen miles west of Fordyce, AR near the Jacinto community (North 33.867338°, West 92.677882°).  The timber on the property is mostly mature natural pine but has some scattered hardwood throughout.  Access is excellent with Dallas Road 212, a gravel county road, bisecting the property.  Some utilities can be found along this gravel county road to allow for camp or home site potential within the Fordyce School District.  The fine sandy loam soils coupled with rolling topography make for a property that is very well drained and conducive to logging during wetter periods of the year.  According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property consists of an assortment of fine sandy loam soils which give the tract a weighted average site index of 80.8 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
