Access:  This cabin is accessed by turning off Hwy 43 onto a private gravel driveway leading to the mobile home.  There is a privacy entrance gate at the edge of the property just off Hwy 43.

Mobile Home:  There is a 1984 Tiffany 16 foot wide x 70 foot long mobile home located on the property with 2 Bed/2 Bath floorplan.  The mobile home has galvanized sheet metal underpinning and covered front and back porches.  The mobile home has 2 separate ductless 1.5 ton mini-split systems that are only 2 years old.  The following appliances will convey to the new owner:  1).  Refrigerator, 2).
