Wildlife: Silver Webb Ranch lies within the “Golden Triangle” for whitetail deer hunting.  This area has been producing big bucks for generations.  It can be common to see 160+ class bucks consistently.  The thick native vegetation and consistent water source allow this area to be a wildlife haven.  Wild hogs and Rio Grande Turkeys can also be found on this property.  White wing dove, Eurasian dove, songbirds, and bob white quail also frequent the property.  

Improvements: The property is high fenced on 2 sides with large neighbors on the other property boundaries making it ideal for wildlife to make this area “home”.  A small campsite can be found on the Eastern edge of the property.  Modest camp house and other outbuildings can provide great utility with a little repair.  Interior roads and some cross fencing are present on the land as well.

Water: One Carrizo water well drilled in 2010 (well report attached) can be found on the property.  This is the most productive and highest quality aquifer formation that can be found in this region.  A pump will need to be connected.
