The property has a top-of-the-line, split-level, furnished 2016 metal home with a 2-car concrete floor carport, pipe-fenced yard, and shop attached. There is a large overhang for parking tractors, trailers, and extra vehicles connected to the metal home. Near the house is a livestock barn with water and pens and its own trap which could be a convenient place to feed out a beef, 4H project, or stall a horse or two. The livestock working pens are situated in the northeast corner of the ranch away from the home.
