The Northeast Lisbon Forty (#03019–03741) is a +/- 40-acre (per tax record) tract of timberland located in northwestern Union County about six miles southwest of Smackover, AR (North 33.294441°, West 92.789385°). The topography consists well-drained rolling hills.  Access is to the northern edge of the property is available with a transmission line right-of-way running east of AR-Hwy 172 aka “Lisbon RD” for about a quarter-mile. The entire tract features a stand of pine that was planted in around the year 2002 and has yet to be first-thinned. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property is based upon Warnock-Smithdale and Sacul-Sawyer soils which give the tract a weighted average site index of 87.1 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50) for the portion rated.
