Access: This property has all weather legal access. The West property boundary fronts a county maintained dirt road (Wildhorse Road). There is a locked pipe gate off the county road at the entrance to the property. The cabin sits roughly 0.2 miles off the county road and is accessed by traveling down a good gravel natural gas lease road.

Water: There are two large ponds on the property as well as a crystal clear seasonal mountain stream (Wildhorse Creek). These provide a year round source of water for wildlife and will provide the new landowner a great place to fish for panfish, crappie and largemouth bass. Barns: There are two (2) 15 foot wide x 30 foot long storage barns close to the cabin. Additionally, there is a 10 foot x 10 foot building with roll-up metal door that is used to store tree stands and hunting equipment. All of these structures have a 26 gauge metal exterior.

Land: There are 227.47 surveyed acres (m/l) of land which is primarily covered with a mature stand of timber that is native to Southeastern Oklahoma being primarily a diverse variety of oak trees with a few scattered native shortleaf pine trees. The property offers a diverse variety of wildlife habitat ranging from open food plot areas with cool season legumes, creek bottoms with mature native hardwood timber, planted improved genetic loblolly pine timber, thick brush and hardwood stands thinned to a basil area of 50. These controlled burns have reduced eastern red cedar trees and greatly improved habitat for whitetail deer and eastern wild turkeys.
