five miles north of Chidester, AR and six miles east of Reader, AR.  This tract can be accessed via gated
semi-improved road that runs northeasterly from Ouachita Road 75 for about
three-quarters of a mile to the west side of the property.  The gate combination is 0-0-0-0.  Approximately 29 acres were planted in 2014
with 2^nd Gen. Atlantic Coastal (WeyCo) loblolly pine and remain
unthinned.  The other acreage, which is
along the north side of the tract, contains a stand of mature mixed hardwood
and pine.  The rolling topography has an
assortment of loamy sand soils that give the property a weighted average soil
site index of 80.0 feet for loblolly pine (base age 50 years).   Looking for a great long term timberland

Directions: From
the town of Chidester at the intersection of AR-57 and AR-24, travel east on
Ouachita CR-23 for ¼ mile then turn left (north) onto Ouachita CR-22 and travel
3.0 mile to the intersection with Ouachita CR-24.  Turn right onto Ouachita CR-24 and travel 0.5
miles and turn left (north) onto Ouachita CR-75.  Go 1.5 miles on Ouachita CR-75 and take a
left (north) onto a timber company road. 
A gate is located on this road (0-0-0-0).  Travel 0.9 miles to the west boundary of the
property.
