road but currently the Rural Water Dept is not allowing new water meters at

the surrounding area and ground water can typically be found at a depth of 100

systems are commonly installed in this area.

Water:  There are three ponds located on the property
that serve as a year round source of water for livestock and local
wildlife.  One of these ponds is stocked
