Little Hunting Cabin In The Big Woods

Get
started with a little camping cabin with no amenities other than a dry roof
over your head. There is no electricity to the property so figure on solar or
generator and public water lines don’t go out that far. You can catch or haul
water but there is a good cell phone signal (ATT).  There are no restrictions on the property so
you can build to suit your needs. There are plenty of marketable white oak, red
oak and other hardwoods as well as some pine. You can be within ten miles of a
quiet Ozark Mountain town but still feel like you are in the wilderness. A
seasonal creek cuts across one corner of property. Bone up on your mushroom
identification skills and forage for your food, supplement with the plentiful
wild game like deer and turkey and add to your protein with fish caught in the
nearby Bull Shoals Lake. Four-wheel drive vehicle is advised.  Property taxes are less than $100 a year!
