Location:  This property is located on the northern edge of the Ouachita National Forest in a beautiful valley setting with Blue Mountain and Brushy Mountain in the distance to the South.  The property has direct access to the 1.5 million acre Ouachita National Forest, which provides excellent hunting opportunities for whitetail deer, eastern wild turkey, black bear, wild hog and numerous other small game species as well as direct access to an impressive network of ATV, hiking and horseback riding trails that are operated and maintained by the US Forest Service.  The property is located roughly 1 mile south of the small community of Reichert.  Nearby towns include Talihina, Heavener, Broken Bow and Hochatown.  This property is about a 4 hour drive from Dallas, Texas.  At the bottom of this listing is a Google Earth image with the property perimeter outlined in red.  GPS Coordinates:  34.854816, -94.765804

• Rural Electricity:  No electricity on property.  There is a rural electric line just a few feet off the North property line.
• Water Well:  Ground water can typically be found 100 to 250 feet deep.  The cabin has a rainwater collection system.

• Cellular Service:  Good cell phone service with AT&T from the property.
• LPG Gas:  Propane gas can be delivered from the near-by towns.

Cabin & Storage Building:  There is a 12’ x 30’ cabin on the property that is only a couple of years old.  The cabin has guttering and a rain water collection system.  Additionally, there is an 8’ x 12’ storage building that will convey to the new owner.
