pine that is mostly mature sawtimber offering immediate income potential! The topography rolling with mostly sandy loam
soils that make for a very well-drained property. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the
soils have a weighted average soil site index of 90.0 feet for loblolly pine (base
age 50 years).

Directions: From the
intersection of US-62 and Union CR-199, travel north on Union CR-199 approximately
0.6 miles to an intersection and stay left onto Cypress Creek Field Road. Travel northward on Cypress Creek Field Road
0.3 miles and stay left at fork continuing on Cypress Creek Field Road for
another 1.9 miles and turn left (south) onto a woods road. Travel along said woods road 0.6 miles to the
north end of the tract.
