Access to the property is via gated timber company road off Dallas
County Road #209. This timber road is
gated. The gate is usually open but if
locked the combination is 4-3-2-1. The
tract has ±104 acres of excellent loblolly pine plantation that was planted in
2008 and is ready for a first thinning. The other ±16 acres consist of mixed hardwood located
along upland creek drainages. The topography is well-drained rolling hills that
according to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, consist of an assortment of mostly sandy
loam soils that give the property a weighted average soil site index of 81.9
feet for loblolly pine (base age 50 years).

Directions: From the intersection
of state highways AR-7 and AR-8 at Dalark, travel eastward on AR-8 for 3.7
miles and turn right onto Dallas CR-209.
Travel approximately 1.7 miles along Dallas CR-209 and turn left onto a
woods road. Travel along the wood road
for ±0.9
miles to the north line of the property.
The road continues southward through the east side of the property.
