property is best accessed with a 4WD truck or side x side.

40 acres of land included in this transaction. 
The land wooded with an impressive stand of timber that is native to
southeastern Oklahoma including a diverse variety of oaks and some impressive
saw log size native shortleaf pine trees. This is a very remote and secluded setting.  Wildlife are frequently seen on the property.
