120 Acre Round Mountain Recreational Property

Location:  This property is located just East of the
crest of Round Mountain in Southeastern Oklahoma in a very remote and secluded
wilderness type setting surrounded by miles of privately owned timberlands to
the North and a 10,000 acre cattle ranch to the South and East.  The property is about 12 miles NW of the town
of Wister, Oklahoma.  Wister Lake State
Park is about a 16-mile drive.  Tulsa,

ponds located on the cattle ranch that are within a 1 mile radius of this
property which serve as a year round water supply for local wildlife.

Camper:  There is a 28 foot bumper pull camper
with one slide out that is installed on the property.  This camper will convey to the new owner.

Land:  There are 120 surveyed acres of land that
is mostly covered with a mature stand of timber that is native to Southeastern
Oklahoma being primarily a diverse variety of oak trees with a few scattered
native shortleaf pine trees.  There is a
diverse variety of terrain on this property ranging from flat to gently sloping
ridges to steep rocky canyons.  There are
