The home has grid electricity but no water, and heat is provided by a wood burning stove. Outside there is a boat house, a circle drive, a big covered porch and a work shop. All furnishings stay and so do the two boats! No frills, but well maintained and ready for the next chapter. $350.00 per year voluntary road maintenance fee.
