currently a shell and not finished out on the inside.  There are (2) 6 ft x 7 ft windows, (2) 3 ft x
4 ft windows and one walk through door. 
The new owners can frame up interior walls, frame in more windows and
even another exterior door if desired.

Land:  There are 2.3
acres (more or less) of land surrounding the cabin that is completely covered
with a stand of timber that is native to south-eastern Oklahoma.  Wildlife are frequently seen in this area.
