cabin on the property with a 16 ft x 20 ft main living area and a 7 ft x 20 ft
covered front porch.  The cabin sits on a
cleared and levelled pad, has a post and beam foundation, metal roofing and
rustic rough cut 1 x 10 pine lap and gap exterior finish. The cabin is
currently a shell and not finished out on the inside.  There are (4) 6 ft x 7 ft windows and one
walk through door.  The new owners can
frame up interior walls, frame in more windows and even another exterior door
if desired.

Land:  There are 4.23
acres (more or less) of land surrounding the cabin that is completely covered
with a stand of timber that is native to south-eastern Oklahoma.  The cabin sits on an elevated point which
provides nice mountain and valley views to the Southwest. Wildlife are
frequently seen in this area.
