This zoning district is characterized by<br \/>\nmedium and large lots and is designed to promote the development of uses<br \/>\n such as auto service centers, research and development parks,<br \/>\nconstruction industries, incidental wholesale and retail activity,<br \/>\noutdoor storage, and assembly\/light manufacturing uses. Residential uses<br \/>\n of any kind are prohibited in this district with the exception of<br \/>\nemergency shelters.
